Founded in 2021, Career Bridge was created to help prospective and licensed mortgage professionals understand career pathways, access membership resources and request introductions to participating licensed mortgage brokerages.
Our current focus is dedicated to Ontario’s mortgage industry—supporting individuals as they explore mortgage career options, access relevant resources, and request introductions to participating licensed mortgage brokerages.

Our vision is to create a simple, transparent and efficient pathway for prospective and licensed mortgage professionals across Ontario. Through clear information, technology and streamlined communication, Career Bridge helps members understand their options, access relevant resources and request introductions to participating licensed mortgage brokerages.
How We Help
Career Bridge recruits prospective members, provides general mortgage-career information, offers administrative course-registration assistance, facilitates requested brokerage introductions and is developing practical training and professional-development opportunities for members.
Important Boundary
Career Bridge does not issue licences, employ or sponsor mortgage agents, guarantee brokerage affiliation or provide mortgage advice. FSRA controls licensing. Each brokerage independently controls candidate assessment, background and suitability review, affiliation, authorization and sponsorship.
